In what restaurants can a 15 year old work in houston?

I am not sure about restaurants, but about 10 years ago i new someone that was 14 and was working at Randall's. I don't know if they still hire at that age though. If not, just try one of those local Mexican Restaurants, cause they seem to always be needing waiters. I constantly get asked if i know anyone that would be available.
