In what store can I find/buy this kind of stampers?

I want to buy a stamper, that you pick the message you want, they make it, and then you can press it on a ink pad and press it on the paper to get a message written on ink?

you are looking for a self inking stamper- try almost any stationary or office supply store.

You can have your own rubberstamp made at a rubberstamp store (not the scrapbooking type, look in your yellow pages), or from an office supply or stationery store, and choose the type of mounting you'll want on it (wood handle, spring-loaded self-inking, etc.)  

Another way to do it is to have a rubberstamp made from anything you can draw, photocopy, type, etc, (onto white paper with black ink or toner) by a mail order rubberstamp company or perhaps a local one too (yellow pages).  

My favorite mail order place is one called ReadyStamps... they'll send you back a sheet of rubberstamps which you can then cut apart into the individual stamps you created, and mount yourself (on a wood block or clear acrylic box or sheet, for example), then press on an ink pad to use.  That will be a lot cheaper by the stamp than an office supply store.  If you're interested in ReadyStamps, you can read more about them here:
