Describe a piece of technology that could help improve productivity or efficiency; it could be software or hardware, currently existing or a future technology. How would it make the organization more productive, more efficient, provide better customer service or improve planning and decision making?

Less than 50 cents of every dollar spent is making its way to the consumer.  That inefficiency is what drags the whole enterprise down. No one knows how to make it work better.  That's why it's so frustrating./
