  1. The production of  cars in my opinion has greatly putrified the way we humans, animals, and vegetation consume Oxygen and other important almost "extinct" components in our atmosphere.

  2. We've been headed toward global warming since about the 1700s, when increasing industrialization led to increasing burning of fossil fuels.

    a) Burning of fossil fuels has increased the partial pressures of

    i. Carbon dioxide.  This is a greenhouse gas responsible for global warming

ii. Oxides of nitrogen and sulfur, leading to acid rain.

    b) Increasing populations of cattle have led to increasing partial pressure of atmospheric methane, another greenhouse gas responsible for global warming.

    c) Use of chlorofluorocarbons as aerosol propellant (you know, in spray cans) led to high altitude chlorine reacting with and thinning the ozone layer.

  3. It's changed because we now have a hole in our atmosphere, caused by our carbon and greenhouse gas use.

Also, temperatures are starting to go up. We're losing the Artic. Animals are dying because of it. Us as humans can adapt, but they can't.

This is why switching to alternatives is so important right now. If we don't do something, we're going to be dropped off at the curb with nowhere to go.

  4. Its a natural cycle of heating and cooling that the earth has gone through since its creation.

We're just caught up in the middle of it.
