  1. They both have cell membrane

    They both have mitochondria, nucleus, golgi complex, centiole , cytoplasm.

    It's probably easier to talk about the differences...

    They are the same in that:

    They both have organelles

    They both have a cell membrane

    They both have a membrane bound nucleus

    They both replicate through mitosis (usually)

    They both store DNA in their nucleus

    ...the list is never ending!

    They are different in that:

    A plant cell has a cell wall

    A plant cell contains chloroplasts (for photosynthesis)
