    Furthermore, they believed that they, the Boers, got to southern Africa before black people! That is, they accept black people were in Africa, but not at the southernmost part. Thus they believe that they built South Africa, and that it was set aside for them

    They borrowed an Islamic insult "Kaffir" and used this to denigrate black Africans.
