Saigon fell to the People's Army of Vietnam (a.k.a. NVA or the North Vietnam Army) on April 30, 1975 at 11:00 AM VN.

Adlib: The one who claims Saigon was "liberated" should ask my uncles what "liberated" means to the communists. They  were "liberated" into re-education camps after Saigon was "liberated". One was "liberated" for eight years, beaten to near death and had his eye ripped out of his skull.
