In what year did the USA give women and black people the vote please? Links are nice.?

  1. women got the vote first, and wyoming was the first state to institute it...i don't know the year (i didn't pay alot of attention in school, adhd)

    the blacks got the vote in the late 50s early 60s (officially they had the vote way before that but all the polling place b.s. prevented most of them from voting)

  3. Blacks were given the right to vote in 1870 with the 15th amendment and women didn't get the right until 1920 when the 19th amendment was ratified.

    The anti-racial movement has progressed more than the feminist movement; therefore, a black should get the presidency before a woman logically....  but that's not why I'm voting for Obama in November.
