I agree with Ozmaniac, your work hours will be limited but you will still be able to find work anywhere. You can also try housekeeping, hotels always need staff.

As an international student, you can only work for 20 hours per week during the semester (although there are no limitations during official vacations). That means that you will only be able to get part time work like food service, fast food or perhaps retail. There are plenty of jobs in those fields in all of the large cities. I live in Brisbane and at the major shopping centres, about 25% of shop and food outlets are looking for staff.
