In which country is best to study (i mean going to University/College), being an abroad student?

I'm interested in finding out details like: tuition, alternatives for studying, quality, programs for the abroad students (from Europe), choices you have to make....and any other relevant things for the everyday life there (the outlook/conception/mentality of the native people, things to do in the free time, prices etc.)

you could never go wrong at choosing Malaysia! it's fairly cheap here, from renting a house, to buying groceries to going shopping! you'll even have enough change to go out and have fun! but the most important thing is, the universities here are all internationally known! there are a lot of africans, americans, koreans, nepals, indians, iranians, lebanons, etc. here in Malaysia. they found that they can choose a sutiable school from a variety of choices! paying at a reasonable price and getting the best education they can get! good luck!
