I have no idea.

All I can tell you is that in America, some establishments bill the gratuity in automaticly for big parties at a restaurant.  One place might put it in at 6, another 8 etc...

Some car service companies will automaticly bill the credit card for the proper tip if no cash is given to the chauffeur.
