  1. This all depends on your location.  Usually on hot summer days though you have west winds, especially East of the Rockies.  The reason being west winds is with westerly winds there is very little moisture in the air as most of the moisture comes from the Gulf of Mexico and SW winds usually transports moisture.  

    In FL however, NW or due N winds will produce hotter days.


  2. It depends upon many factors.If it is a coastal station,sea breeze may start and will be blowing towards the land bringing cool air.

  3. That depends upon frontal boundary locations as well as location relative to a low or high pressure center.
