It was in season 3, episode 12, entitled "Mr Monk gets Cabin Fever". The scene with the line is when Stottlemeyer's car becomes stuck in the forest so he, Natalie and Monk have to go for help. Mr Monk gets leaf on his hand and they don't have any wipes, very funny!
