In which mode should i re cored?

i have have sony handycam and was wondering which is the best mode to recored with :HQ SP or LP

  1. HQ (high quality) definately. It has the best picture but takes up more space, but the picture is worth it. SP(standard picture) is ok and LP is terrible.
