In which month have you been to France last year?

"Which month last year did you go to France?" sounds a bit better.

I lived in France all last year, so all twelve months.  :)

As for the sentence you have enough answers, so I was in July 2006 in Paris.

i went to perpignan in septmeber last year in the south east of france close to the spanish border and the pyrenees, it was fairly hot average around 27 celsius

I think  that sentance should be  "What month last year did you go to France?" or "In which month last year did you go to France ?"

By the way, I went to France in March of last year.
