As a defensive driver, I would answer D, all of the above.  The driver looking at signs (B) is probably going to turn soon, possibly left, and they are probably not paying enough attention to you and could turn in front of you.  And I have seen too many drivers slow and signal to turn right (A), and then at the last minute change their mind and turn left. And as for (C), aside from the legality, speed kills.
