  1. Throughout australia

Not worth taming them they look okay from a distance but up close theyre woefull most are diseased and deformed

  2. Some can be found in New South Wales, I've seen some south west of Sydney and the mountains.

I don't know much about them but I don't think they would be easy to tame. I wouldn't go near them!

Check this site out, it might help you:

  3. The Brumbies of Northern WA and the NT are supposed to be the descendants of the Waler breed used during the World War(s), and released/escaped when returned at the end of the War.

Another group of about 12 used to roam between Humpty Doo and Berry Springs near Darwin In the 1980's and '90's until gradually fenced out by land being bought and built on in those areas. They were led by a White stallion, and the first time I saw them was at around 1am on a moonless night, 25 Mile out of Darwin They charged diagonally across the road in front of me. I didn't tell anyone at the time as I thought I was hallucinating. Later after I had bought a 5 acre block and had my fence knocked over by them, everyone around me seemed to already know of them.

  4. NSW is one area

  5. Brumbys can be found in Outback Queensland, The Northern Territory and northern Western Australia. They can be tamed and domesticated (if you have the land) and there are many organisations in Australia that are looking for sponsorship of brumbys. As they are very similar to domesticated horses they presumably live as long as them, perhaps less in the wild.

  6. Some brumbies are found at Wild Horse Mountain (I think that's what it's called) near Noosa on the Queensland Coast.

But they prefer to be left alone so try not to disturb them.

  7. along the pacific highway

so quick! get a lasso and rope the prettiest one
