One of the better websites for new music releases is billboard.com.  This is where people can discover what albums or singles are set to be released and when. You can also search news articles about your favorite artist or research evolving trends in music.

Another popular site is from amazon.com.  They claim they update their listings hourly.

And if you're looking for a specific category of new releases you could do a general internet search for "new country music releases", "new rap music releases", etc.
