You don't have to be 21 in all states.  There are many indian reservations that allow ages of 18 and older to gamble.  I live in Arizona and we have both...most are 21 and older, however there are some 18 and over....same with California.

Alaska, Arizona, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington, Wisconsin allow gambling at the age of 18. Several of these states are in the process of raising the age to 21. These are Arizona, Louisiana and Wisconsin.

Maine allows it at 16.

Almost all states allow the lottery (often considered a form of gambling) at 18, except Nevada and Iowa, where the age is 21. Also, Michigan, Louisiana and Arizona are in the process of raising that age.

Sorry but all states require you to be 21 on the plus side some clubs let you in at 18 and they are of the chain!!!!

there are many places were you can gamble. look for the casinos were there is no drinking.
