There are masses of places where you can find affordable property near the sea in Turkey - Ayvalik, Foca, Izmir, Kusadasi, Altinkum, Akbuk, Bafa, Bodrum (including Gumusluk, Guvercinlik, Tuzla, Yalikavak, Yaliciftlik, Bitez, Turgutreis), Datca, Marmaris, Dalaman, Dalyan, Faralya, Gocek, Calis, Fethiye, Kalkan, Kas, Side, Belek, Avsallar, Alanya and Istanbul for example.

    Which of these you choose depends on your lifestyle/expectations.

    I've added links to a couple of web sites, the first is only in Turkish, unfortunately.

    The second has 26 pages of property for sale in your price range!!

    There are many others.
