I am surpraised to see this question. I bet and also sure u  urself capable of hving  the best knowldge and the answer for ur queston. I only feel u r distrubed/ jovial of making u to put a question. Passport is not taken in favour of any body. It is applied for by the person concerned for himself and given in his name by the Government.
