  1. First of all right click on it, then unlock the tray and then drag where you want the system tray to be.

    Thank You

  2. Left click on bar and drag to new position

  3. Click on it and drag it to the bottom of the screen.  It's sometimes a bit difficult actually to get it back down there.

If it refuses to move, right-click on the taskbar and check to make sure that there is no checkmark next to where it says "Lock the Taskbar".

  4. This problem can be caused by a couple different situations.

Firstly, if it is something as simple as having been moved to one of the sides or to the top then to place it back at the bottom do the following.

    1) Right-Click the taskbar and make sure 'Lock the Taskbar' is not checked.

    2) Left-Click and drag the taskbar to the side of the screen you want.

Secondly, it is possible that it has been resized to seem invisible. To fix this you will need to bring the cursor near to the bottom until you see a double arrow. At this point you can left-click and drag the mouse up to set the taskbar to your desired height.

Thirdly, the taskbar may be set to 'auto hide'. To fix this move the cursor to the bottom (or whichever side the taskbar is on) and once it pops up right click it and select properties. In properties, make sure 'Auto Hide Taskbar' is unchecked. Click ok. This should do it.

Hopefully one of the above solutions works for you.

    Good luck!
