  1. First search for the item you are selling and see what others are going for.

Most herbs are worth a lot of money . If what you are selling is not in the AH put it in for a huge price.

Swifthistle and briarthorn are worth 1g a piece as low level herbs go..

Wool cloth is worth 5g a stack of 20 at least.

Always put in a hugely inflated buyout price (at least double bid price).

You would be surprised what people will pay for something when they need it urgently.

  2. First I would check out other members prices(If there are any) for the item(s) you're selling, Then I would sell the item(s) for a lower bid and buyout price then the other members, After that you'll hopefully get someone to buy your item. If there aren't other people selling it put it for a high price!

  3. Ok, lets say herbs.

Search in the AH for it.

    f.ex. for a stack its

    bid: 2g

    buyout 2.5g

    as cheapest.

Now you put it on the AH for 1.9g as bid and 2.5g as buyout :p.

  4. If you want to REALLY rake in the gold on your auctions download the auctioneer addon that will give you many stats on the items you want to sell for example avg prices the item is sold at.

  5. best thing to do is go to www.curse.com and download the auctioneer mod. it automatically sets a price for it.

  6. I have been playing WoW for 2 years and this is how I've always done it.

I go to the auction house and search for the item I want to sell. I look at the lowest price and I put mine in for a little less. With items like cloth and herbs they will probably sell pretty fast because people don't like to go farm that stuff to level up their professions.

For example: if I saw linen cloth in the auction house and the cheapest stack was 1 gold I would probably put mine in for 95 silver.

  7. If you sell them all in stacks of the max value (i.e. 20 for linen, etc.) then middle range should be fine. If you're selling 5 or 6 at a time, keep it low priced.
