Ask the Comish of your league, they will have all the answers, also if you look into your league settings most of those questions should be answered. But if you cant find them just post a message on the leagues homepage to your comish and they should be able to tell you.

Look at the scoring and settings on the league's home page for how many position players,

each team picks one player which constitutes a 'round'.  how many rounds is determined by how many roster spots are assigned in the league settings including bench

the yahoo draft is serpentine setup meaning in a 10 team league team 10 picks 10 & 11 overall.  team one picks 1, then 20 & 21, etc
