In yahoo groups, what does it mean when a member is bouncing?

usually it means their email is screwed up - inbox too full, account discontinued, etc.

I try to reactivate 'em, but after a while I just delete.  They don't get the mail anyway, and if they want to rejoin, they'll request it (ours is a closed group).
