  1. reinstall your yahoo messenger or repair it!


  2. uninstall messenger then re-install it.. if thats dosent work check your firewalls

  3. enable script

    Click the "Tools" menu

    select "Internet Options"

    Click the "Security" tab

    Click the Internet (globe) icon and

    click the "Custom Level" button.

    Scroll down to "Scripting."

    Enable the following:

    Active scripting

    Allow paste operations via script

    Scripting of Java applets are all enabled

    Click the "OK"

    Restart YMessenger & u should start seeing text in ur IM windows again. ^_^
