  1. yes, as each one is unique though they are identical, and it's possible because they have different DNA codes.


  2. It is possible for twins to have different skin colors because there are many different things that affect skin color.  I know recently there were little boys born in Germany with different skin colors.  It really isn't noticed or shocking unless their skin color is dramatically different.

  3. Yes -- twins can have a different skin color.  If they are fraternal twins, they have their own genetic code which causes them to look different from each other.
