  1. Hot wings

    BBQ ribs

    Desserts

  2. I would have such a strange combination- Fusion would not even begin to describe.

Caviar Sushi- Good quality black and red caviar and chopped eggs ( mixed with a little mayo and wasabi) in a maki roll, with very little rice and very crisp nori ( seaweed sheets)

Cold creamy avocado soup topped with grilled shrimp and cilantro

Grilled top sirloin with a bleu cheese sauce and served with a ceasar salad and loaded baked potatoes

    Who's buying?

  3. In my imaginary restaurant I would serve a home-cooked meal with a daily menu..i.e. Red Beans and Rice served with hot cornbread on a Monday.. an alternate dish such as club sandwich or po-boy sandwich. Tuesdays would be homemade spaghetti, garlic bread and as alternate would be pizza with a nice macaroni salad; Wednesday would be homemade beef stew and/or chicken pot pie (all homemade); Thursday would be all you can eat buffet of chicken wings, home fries, cole slaw, etc. Friday would be steak night with baked potatoes (stuffed baked with all the trimmings.) The weekends would be hamburgers, fries, fried onion rings, fried chicken and potato salad. I have watched many many cooking shows but the one thing I have learned is that most people just prefer good ole-fashioned home cooking. And always have pies for desserts :)

  4. Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, mid-western chili with beans, pita pizza.

  5. Chicken Salad

    Scones

    Tea Sandwiches

  6. smoked chicken (my specialty), shrimp satay and hard wood grilled steak (marinated with my secret recipe marinade).

  7. imaginary lasagna

    imaginary burgers,and

    imaginary breakfast things

  8. I would change the menu on a regular basis depending on what was really fresh at the local farmer's market.

One night it might be Carbonnade, a beef stew with lots of onions and dark beer, served with boiled potatoes and homemade crusty bread.

Another night it might be stuffed pork chops with creamed spinach.

Or roasted garlic chicken with white and wild rice pilaf.

I would always offer homemade bread and wonderful desserts such as English Triffle,  Homemade icecream with caramel sauce, Lemon Pie.

  9. Lasagna with meat or vegetarian.

a good burger with steak fries.

    and a hearty Club Salad.

  10. Lots of desserts

    like- 10 layer cake

             Mississippi Mud (really good brownies)

             Ice cream

    also regular food

  11. Fried ravioli, chicken wings and meatloaf.

    Cool question...you get a star! :)
