  1. 10. Eating lots of fresh veggies and fruits. I personally hate fruit, so I get in 2 or 3 servings by making a smoothie with just fresh fruit, fruitjuice/water, and ice.

    9. Eating lean proteins (chicken, beef.)

    8. For a woman, weight training 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes per session.

    7. Replacing as many drinks as you can with water. Want a Coke? Drink water. Want a gatorade? Drink water. It took a few months but I now prefer water.

    2. No fat, no sugar. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

    3. Quake oatmeal is good source to prevent bad cholesterol in the          body  

    4. Instead take your meals twice a day only.

    5. Count 100x exercise bending daily.

    6. If you want to loose weight forget the parties of any kind, there are

        lots of fatty foods tempting you until you cannot control yourself            

        tasting those foods.

    7. Or else before you go to the party dring 3glass of water before

        eating at least you are already full to the max.

    8.  Make yourself busy in order you to stop craving food.

    9.  If you are eating at the party with so many foods infront of you,

         think of those poor people that have less to eat or no food at all

         infront of them.

    10.In that way you will lose your taste in the food you are about to eat.

         And you have the feeling to share those food to the less fortunate.

         Sharing at least 1/4 of your food to the needy a day is a big help in

         order for you to lose weight.

         Try it! Because i try it myself and i lost almost 10pds. for 6 months.
