  1. Without a doubt. Look at his other stats. He was clearly on something.

  2. I think it's obvious because he hasnt done anything sense and really before that either.

  3. Seems kind of suspicious. You have to wonder. It certainly wouldn't be surprising if he did. Reminds me of Brady Anderson. 50 home runs out of nowhere, then back to nowhere.

  4. I would say without a doubt, yes. What has he done before or since?

  5. Probably and most possibly; although, newer and typically smaller ball parks and possible a change in the manufacturing of the baseball or a slight change in the way the strike zone is changed can have a major impact on both hitting and pitching stats.

I think most were using something.  To get an unfair advantage?  No, because most everyone in MLB was trying something just to keep a job and to get a nice paycheck.  Either use something to play better or end up unemployed with most likely no skills for a decent job in the real world.  Or, hope to be a coach with a minor league team trying to make it back to MLB eventually as a coach, but coaching jobs are few.  So, everyone did it just to stay in MLB, and, not necessary to get an unfair advantage or pad some stats.

  6. Probably a corked bat too.

  7. lets just say he is among a few players i have red flagged

    honerable mention:

    Nomar Garciaparra

    Juan Gonzo

    Brett Boone

    A-Rod

    Alfonso Soriano

    David Ortiz

    so on and so forth

  8. yes he isnt a power guy
