  1. Giving military secrets to war enemies, which is what John McCain did when he was captured.  His ex-fellow POW's call him, "Songbird" because of that.

He was also Censured by US prosecutors who were investigating his best friend, Charles Keating, when McCain tried to keep him out of prison.

Federal agents also know that Mrs. McCain made millions in insider short-sale profits involving Swiss re-insurance put option stock orders placed prior to the September 11 attacks-profits of death which have remained untaxed by the U.S. government and raise questions as to her 9/11 tip-off.

Heneghan alleges Cindy McCain's complete 2001 tax return would also reveal that she has a secret offshore 1241 corporation set up with "private trust accounts established by Senator McCain's late 'Keating Five' scandal and Bush 41 money launderer Leonard Millman who was also Stewart Webb's father-in-law- all of which screams for a federal probe before the November 4 election.

  2. LYING AND DECIEVING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE  INTO A WAR...

  3. Treason is aiding and abetting a known enemy or entity in a manner that is detrimental to the well being of ones country.

  4. many things especially when it comes to actions during a time of war.  But I would like to point out that some other things are just as treasonous even if its not about military war.

For example, politicians making policies that cause american companies to find it easy to lay off american workers and send their jobs overseas to make goods and then be able to come back here duty free to sell them to american consumers is economic treason....and is probalbly even more damaging than war time treason.  Policies that make oil scarce and causing the price of gasline to go from $1.30 a gallon in 2001 to $4.20 a gallon today is also treasenous especially when serious attempts are not being made to solve the problem for the long term and wean us from oil.  Allowing millions of mexicans and others to freely and illegally cross our borders to take jobs of americans and depress their wages and lifestyles...and depleting scarce social service and safety net programs is also treasonous.

  5. if someone says 9/11 was an inside job....execute them and the person standing next to them

  6. According to the Constitution, "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

It is plain that the founders never envisioned the abuse to which the Constitution itself would become subject. I believe that the FISA re-write, for example, which grants interference in the judicial branch by the legislative and executive — clearly unconstitutional — and also grants immunity to previous unconstitutional and illegal acts by the president, falls under the heading of levying War against the United States, and that anyone who voted Yes for that bill committed treason.

  7. Pretty recently. A guy was selling military secrets that belonged to the US to Israel.

  8. Selling, trading or giving away national secrets to our enemies.

  9. If I had power, I would say accountability constitutes treason. Usually, people in power face accountabilty as a last resort.

Who knows? It's a soap opera, only this one is brought to you in part by the oil companies.

  10. any act that threatens the safety of US citizens

  11. A judge not holding themselves and legislators to the oath sworn to support the constitution

Twisting and distorting the meaning of the constitution to suit governments needs .Judges granting themselves and police false immunity from criminal and civil damages

  12. Treason of the US is going against the the underlying principles of our countries constitution. If you voted for FISA immunity you have committed treason. This is a fact.

The last treason committed would have to be the last pet project congress voted on as it is almost surely unconstitutional. They will not be tried tho.

I believe someone involved in the terrorist acts on 9/11 was the last person - I am not sure though
