In your opinion do evironmentally minded tourists affect the sales of travel agents products?

The amount of people that are becoming more aware of the environment and the affects that thier actions have on it is on the increase. Do you think that these people who want to reduce their carbon footprint etc are affecting the sales of the tour operators and travel agents?

No, not really!

  What I believe is really affecting the sales of tour operators and travel agencies the the Internet.  If you have the time and patience (and know what you want to purchase), you can usually find better deals directly from the vendors that you want to utilize rather than purchasing them from a tour operator and/or a travel agent.  You are eliminating the middle man and the commissions that they earn.
