In your opinion... is it possible for Rossi to win an 8th Championship!?

I'd like to think so purely because I've been a fan for years but his competition this season is fierce!!

Well,having a realistic look it will be very hard,but of course it is possible.He's 14 points away from Pedrosa and Lorenzo in the ranking which is not so fatal at this stage of the season.Bridgestone are obviously not doing as well as Michelin but Rossi's team said that the tyres are getting better and better after every race(hoping it's true and is not just a kind of a strategy) so we have reasons to expect Vale to do better and better in the future races.

I think it is too hard Rossy to win again this season. Now minimum there are two of challengers such as Jorge Lorenso and Daniel Pedrosa. But may be there is a surprise from Fiat Yamaha Team, because the team use Brigestone not Michelin as same as last year.

I think I wouldn't rule anything out when it comes to Rossi, and I must add to the above keen observations re: the tracks etc. how much I admire his attitude now he's not top dog all the time.

He really shows his class by keeping his cool, and having a great attitude.

We have only had 3 races. all michelin tracks. if you wait until China in 3 weeks time when we will get a look at the Yamaha's speed compared to the Ducatti of Stoner. I dont think you will doubt whether he can win another title.  Its far to early to right off any of the top riders yet. inc Rossi. he has done a fantastic job these last two races. with the Tyres he has.

After watching Assen and Mugello in 2007, I learnt to right Valentino off at your peril.

The guy is so close to beating Ago's "most wins" record, that anything is possible.

Never right off the Doctor, he just to damm good! and as Mr Proc say's, we have  only hard Michelin tracks.

Time will tell.

Yes it is possible because it's Vale and he's in contention-can he stay in contention,maybe...example ; Nicky Hayden fought hard to win a championship but now struggles.Casey Stoner I think is still in contention too, better performances are yet to come.Dani Pedrosa - is he a second placer this year,I think so.Vale can win if the garage can get his bike to kick butt.
