In your opinion. what NHL team do you think is stacked with the most players?

A question like this is difficult to answer because there are several teams that look good. I think Philly, Detroit, NYR, Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay, and San Jose round out the upper echelon of most talented teams. But that too is difficult to define because anyone will draw the line somewhere else.

Of the six that I listed, all fandom aside, I'd say the most talented team is Detroit and at the other end of the scale is Tampa Bay.

But that's just my two cents and I'm sure that will offend SOMEBODY somewhere.

Starting today, 7/04/08, it would be the San Jose Sharks with the pickups of Rob Blake and Dan Boyle.

#4 Pittsburgh (due to the increasingly high amount of cap room they have left now)

If by stacked you mean good NHL quality players, then it would have to be Detroit.

They have at least 30 players who could crack most NHL lineups.  That is counting RFA Filppula, and unsigned McCarty and Downey.  They have 9-10 NHL defenseman, at least 15 NHL forwards and are pretty deep in goal too.

If were saying the team with the most talented players I would say the RedWings, Pens, and surprisingly the Senators.  Despite losing Redden the Sens still have many TALENTED players.  They might not be the best team but to answer this question they have some of the best.

Actually the answer is not every team is the same.  Through signing two way contracts and allowing players to develop in other leagues such as College, Juniors, and European leagues, every team does have a different number of signed players. I do not know the actually answer though. It would probably take Cyr. or LITY to have that number for you.
