The benefits of hard work are many.  

Self-satisfaction is probably the top benefit.

Self-worth is another.

The benefit to society is immeasurable.

Besides, why would you not want to work hard, especially if you are working towards a personal goal?

Work hard and you will be happy, but do it for the right reason - yourself.

the satisfaction of working hard, to be active, ....it might help if knew hard work on what like hard work on changing
