and are there any that you can pause while dubbing from vhs to dvd right now the one I have you have to start stop start again

    I had so much trouble with my Sony I gave it to Goodwill and bought a Samsung Model: DVD-VR357.

    You can pause recording but there is a delay while it starts back up.
