Well, I would't go so far as to say that people shouldn't have kids, but I do get very frustrated when I see people who clearly don't want or seem to like the kids they already have, and then go on to have more kids. My sister in law is due with her fourth next week, and she constantly complains about the three "brats" she already has. Breaks my heart for those kids, they don't stand a chance in this world.

Everyone should have the oportunity to have children.  Children can actually bring out the maturity in a person and do a 360 on the most immature people.  Look at Nichole Richie and Joel!  They are making amazing parents.

As a person, only you know if you are able to raise a child and only you should be the decision maker not anyone else!
