In your opinion ; whats the stupidist sport...you cannot figure-out why people do it?

Running as a sport, e.g.-marathon racing or sprinting.  I think there are only two good reasons to run.  One is running  toward food the other is running away from large preditory animals.  I don't see the point in it at all.

If running doesn't count as a sport in your book, then I agree with George Carlin: golf is not a sport...  Golf was invented by rich white guy so they could have a club that excludes anyone who's not a rich white guy and get away with it.  Ah, George Carlin, you are a man of truth and great wisdom!

I've always wondered why people, like Boxers, would subject themselves to being beaten -- especially in the head - where continual head/brain injuries make pensions, 401Ks, Social Security and other types of retirement options seem rather fruitless ...unless sitting in a wheelchair paralyzed sounds like a good way to enjoy "your golden years"  !!

i know,it is not a sport, but "who can eat the most hot dogs, or pumpkin pies, or eggs, or who can eat the most watermelon, ect whatever the main course is,  hahahahahahhahahaha, the most hilarious,    

why people play golf, hmmm i don,t know, i can,t really see stupidity in sports, just bordem    if hunting is considered sport    as Thomas Jefferson said,  "the definition of fishing is a jerk at one end of a line, waiting for another jerk?

then there is eating the most doughnuts,    and then there are some of those car racers, and there are snow sports, of course there is bowling,  hahahaha, bowling,  but no sports are stupid,   i can,t really say, or make such a statement    although sky diving and bungi jumping and      i don,t know, sports are not stupid

Good Morning- Running with the Bulls- WHY? I am serious...Why in the WORLD would anybody want to risk their life over running with the bulls, who have horns the length of over 20" or so, total.....THAT is ridiculous. Many ppl have lost their lives doing such an ignorant thing. GOOD GRIEF!!!

Gotta be... boxing. I would say figure skating but that's not even a sport. Don't even get me started on that.

Why two grown men would let the other punch them in the head makes no sense to me. Yeah they get big checks from it if they do well enough, but even the money they make won't help them buy back their mental health. Look at Ali now. A once great man is now a shell. All because he boxed for a long time. Boxing makes no sense to me. Why people would sacrifice their mental and physical well-being I will never figure out.

Rugby. One type of rugbys all good... but rugby 7s, rugby legue...all considered to be different sports!

I mean, are twenty20 cricket and test cricket considered to be different sports...no they're still both cricket!

Then he hits the ground....no water. His body bounces on the dirt, dead. The spectators look horrified and grossed out....
