I plan to buy a 60 gb playstation 3 and a couple of games so which site in your opinion would be best considering my very severe save-a-dollaritis: Ebay, Gamestop, or Amazon?

Amazon, for purchases of new items; for used items they are the same.  For new items Amazon is the sending company, so they can guarantee times and then control them.  For used items, both sites refer your order to individual sellers and have no control over how quickly or reliably those sellers perform.

amazon I heard people on ebay scam many many people and some may have been hurt while meeting in an un public place.
