and the most important feature is that shes intelligent and confident and doesnt just have outside beauty

I'm a sucker for cute blondes...eye color doesn't matter to me as much as the shape and juts that they look pretty on her face

I'm pretty sure that guys generally prefer brunettes, but I think it's because they are turned off by the bottle blondes.  I, personally, have never bleached my hair and it's a light blonde, and tons of dudes dig me (which can be somewhat annoying).

white skined, dark haired, green-eyed beauty.  If you get this combination, it's guaranteed it's a hot babe.

They all have to work together.

If brown or olive skin then green or hazel eyes with brownish-red hair.

If light skinned then blond and blue eyes.

but medium skin with black hair and hazel eyes looks awesome, too.

I don't know- they can all look great in their own right.
