In yugioh do u have 2 pick up every turn?

yes you do some cards make it so you dont some make you skip different phase's of your turn too .. but there are some cards that let you put cards back as well and not draw them or get deck lockdown and jest reload or magicial mellet them .. decklockdown allows you to put cards back and not get cards back out inless its  the draw phase

yes. if you didn't have to, there wouldnt be a rule about decking out loss

yes you do have to draw a card every turn. In fact there are mill decks that are based on that way of winning. It is in the rulebook. In fact drawing is the first thing you do in a turn unless a card has you do something before you draw.

Why don't you read the d**n rule book? Yes you have to draw every turn unless a card says other wise.
