InChess myOpponent run out of time but the Game Didnt EndHeWasAble to make futher moves how is that possible?

Where were you playing? On Internet or in a tournament? If it's on the net; then there must be some kind of problem but usually in a tournament, your opponent gets to play even after his time's run out because the game can't be stopped until you see that his time has run out. Not much help, I guess?

Some players use their computer knowledge to cheat on time. You've discovered that for yourself.
