  1. You will be paid back to the last date you were paid as long as the lines are all concurrent with each other and submitted within 3 months.

You will have a payment due (two week money) for the 25th June and another for the 8th July, and a third for 22  July. Try calling them tomorrow to ask if they have received the lines. If they have ask when a payment is coming out, if it is any longer than a couple of days insist on "a payment on account" - they must issue this if you have passed a payment date and they know you are going to get money. They can then arrange a 'counter payment' from your local JCP office

If they have not received your lines you will have to wait until they do and repeat the above, but they should have them by now. If they don't get duplicates from your GP and HAND them into your local JCP office to be couriered to the processing centre

  2. Perhaps you might call at the "works" and enquire of them, or are you too sick to do this?, one way or another, only they can answer your question.

  3. yes u will get paid from the original date of your claim 11June
