it's difficult to say because they were two totally different groups...if i had to guess i'd say aztecs, but there's no real way to know..

There is no way to know definitively, (as both these are ancient cultures) one might speculate though in the same way one might speculate who would've won a Third World War between the U.S.A. and the U.S.S.R.

Ultimately I would have to put my money on the Incas. The Aztecs had a strong military but the Inca's economic and social policies allowed for non-Incan tribes to easily integrate into the empire where as the Aztecs kept other tribes in a loose slavery. Therefore, I do not think it would have been difficult for the Incans to raise allies amongst the tribes surrounding the Aztecs and I think that would have been the key as the Aztecs would have been too busy trying to guard their supply chains as they had no way of integrating the surrounding tribes into their military.
