Former Manchester United and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Paul-c29347 Ince  has gone on to question the passion and drive of the England squad, as he feels the team just isn’t as determined and motivated as it should be.
Ince feels that the current set of England players just don’t operate on the same level that he used to, back when he was playing for the national team.
He feels that the team needs to try and gel together as a unit, or they could forget about winning anything in the near future.
The former England captain, who made fifty three appearances for the national team is reported to have said: Does it mean a lot of play for England? It did when I played. Whether it does now, I am not too sure. That is the problem Roy has"
"For me the biggest thing is togetherness and spirit. In 1996, we had a spirit and we were like players at a club. We could not wait to see each other.”

"We need to regain that. Sometimes it is hard. You get some players who do not turn up [or] they retire at a young age - I've never understood that. Why would you want to retire from the pinnacle of your career?"
Ince feels the team needs to try and build their chemistry and coordination in the coming weeks, or they could end up having another very unsuccessful run in, in the upcoming Euro 2012.
So far, the team has gone on to win one friendly against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Norway-c2974, but despite that win, it seemed like the team was missing something in the match.
Now with Roy Hodgson having a few days on his hands, he should work team building and trying to get everyone to forget about their football clubs and focus on playing for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749.
At the same time, he needs to try and get the best possible players into his squad, or he could end up risking seeing the team crash out from the tournament much earlier than they would want to.
It is now going to be a wait till the Euro 2012 kicks off, to see just how close the England squad is and how well they can play together.
