Incense doesn't fit in burner...?

i received incense as a gift and it came with a small burner to put them in, and it clrealy came together as a set yet the incense don't fit into the hole. is there something i need to do to make it fit, or....?

Maybe you can take a screwdriver or a similarly shaped item, put it in the hole and kind of turn it back and forth to make the hole a little bigger.  I've done that with a wooden incense holder and it worked.

Just get a drill bit slight larger in diameter than the incense and drill it out carefully.
