  1. Well, in the past two years, my Mother and father have died and I wanted to read their medical records because I loved them and was in grief and this Hippa Law refuses to allow family members to read the Medical Records of a deceased family member. This law emotionally hurts the family. I disagree with this absurd Hippa law on ultra privacy. Absurd!

  2. I really don't understand your question.

  3. This isn't a question - it's an incomplete sentence with a question mark at the end. Can you add some details? (Like, what is your question?)

  4. Yes I have.

A little over a year ago, a woman went to a city type party. It was being held by one of the areas in our town that is known for the "night life". She was brutally rape and left in an alley. When she was found, the police were called and she was taken to the hospital and a rape test was done. She was beaten and battered and bruised. But she was released the next morning. The police, in checking out her story found that she, had indeed been raped, but they also found that she had an unpaid traffic ticket. So upon her release from the hospital, she was arrested and taken to jail. She was held there until public outcry caused too much embarrassment for the police and they released her. Someone stepped foreword and paid her fine.

Now while I know that you should pay your tickets in a timely manner, because she reported the brutal attack and rape, she was arrested for a minor infraction of the law.

I am not sure if this is what you were looking for but I hope I have helped you a little.
