  1. jeesh!!

This is the thing, Or you have them disorientated or you don't have them at all... But there is no way they will get your canines to migrate fwd. You see the canines are the angles of the maxilary form and its very iportant 2 keep them there.

Now what they are going to do is this

First of all take an X-ray pic, So they can determinate if your incisors are there but havent found their way out. Maybe a panoramic X-ray 2 in the case they may have migrated far.

If your incisors dont appear anywhere then they treatment would be one of the next:

    1. A bridge. reduce your canines and place a bridge that contains the incisors

    2. A prostodontic that can be removed with your missing teeth

    3. Implants (I recomend this one because of your age and the estetic on it...) they could put 2 implants in place of the lateral incisors and create a bridge instead of reducing you canines or put 4 implants depends on how much you want to spend.

    If, your teeth are there:

    1. U will have a surgery done where your gum is going to be oppened so your incisors find a way out (its just 2 minor openings)

    2. Maybe braces will be put on them so they can be pulled to the right place.

If your baby teeth are still there and no permanent incisors where found aaand those baby teeth are in good shape they could leave them and create a bridge over them, maybe a restauration so they look bigger  or if your teeth resist them veneers (those look cool)

hope it helps you, ull look just fine! ...

  2. I don't know what they might say, but you have got to age 14 without them.

You don't say whether it's appearance that worries you, if not as we don't tear raw meat or nead to shear off tough stuff, no problem.

  3. If they are definitely just not there, then there are a couple of options open:

    1. they will just leave it, and if the baby teeth are still present,  leave them there.  Alot of adults are walking around with baby teeth still in their mouths.  Incredible but true!

    2.  bring the canines forward to take place of  the 2 missing incisors.

If necessary they would reshape these teeth to look more like incisors.

The pre-molars behind have a very similar shape to the canine, so your smile will be great!

I wonder if you have them and they haven't yet come through, or whether they are congenitally missing.

    Anyway,

The first thing they will do is X-ray to find this out.

On the first visit they might take an impression of your teeth so that they can make a model of your teeth and then assess the situation.

Hope it all goes well. x
