Question:

Income and people skills?

I don't have a lot of people in my life. The social anxiety I have has failed to bend much to therapy or medications over the years, so I have a hard time being social. I've always had a dream of making a really good income. Is there any way to make this happen when I'm not good with people? I need to choose a college major soon. I know money isn't everything, but this is my dream. Thanks for any advice on how to get there.

  1. There's absolutely nothing wrong with you. Many people, including myself, have high levels of anxiety around others. I hope you're good in pure sciences. There are many high paying jobs as lab technicians, in lab research etc. It would be best to talk to either an academic advisor or a counsellor at your college. that's what they're there for.

Good luck with your studies. Trust me, there are a great many careers that are suitable to your personality and they pay very well.
