Question:

Income tax or TDS on rent recieved.?

I get say Rs 1,00,000 as rent per month, will the person paying rent deduct TDS & then pay me the balance, if yes then how much. Also how much do i need to pay as Income tax in case he doensn't deduct TDS. As per Indain laws.
